Donald Cobb, Diabetes Center of Excellence, does a foot examination on a patient Oct. 13, 2015, at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The clinical division provides referral care to more than 50,000 TRICARE beneficiaries. Within the clinical division, there are multiple areas of expertise to include prevention of diabetes, education for diabetes and patient management.
