60th FS executes off-station training at NAS Key West

An F-35A Lightning II with the 60th Fighter Squadron, 33rd Fighter Wing, takes off from Naval Air Station Key West, Florida, Feb. 13, 2023. The open airspace and optimal weather conditions at NAS Key West allow pilots with the 60th Fighter Squadron to utilize aerial ranges within minutes after takeoff and avoid the spring fog delays impacting training at home station.
