The Eglin Air Force Base honor guard commences the Khobar Towers memorial ceremony with the presentation of colors June 25 at the 33rd Fighter Wing. The ceremony marks the 18th anniversary of the tragic bombing that killed 19 service members, including 12 33rd FW Airmen. Each year a ceremony is held by the Nomads to commemorate their brothers who’ve “ceased their wandering.” Due to inclement weather, the ceremony was moved indoors. (U.S. Air Force photo/Sara Vidoni)
