Pacer III

Robert Lewin, 575th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron director, cuts the ribbon at the unveiling ceremony of the first T-38 from the Pacer Classic III structural-modification program July 31, 2015, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
