Maj. Gen. Michael A. Keltz, 19th Air Force commander, Joint Base San Antonio–Randolph, Texas, departs to his aircraft on Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Jan. 7, 2015. Keltz’s visit to Laughlin was vital in helping to bring Airmen to a better understanding of what is expected of them at the highest level. Keltz explained that training "Fifth Generation Airman" means having the most ¬"current and innovative" Airmen to date and have the capability to build an Air Force that can "dominate in land, sea, air, space and cyberspace."
