19th AF assumption of command

The newly appointed commander of 19th Air Force, Maj. Gen. Michael A. Keltz, addresses the audience during an assumption of command ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Oct. 24. Keltz's previous assignment was director of Intelligence, Operations and Nuclear Integration at the Air Education and Training Command. Nineteenth Air Force will oversee 19 training locations, with 16 Total Force wings, 10 active duty, one Air Force Reserve and five Air National Guard units.
