SAN ANTONIO -- Gen. Edward A. Rice Jr., commander of Air Education and Training Command addresses a crowd of service members, civilians, and civic leaders during his opening remarks at the 2012 Air Education and Training Command Symposium, Jan. 12, 2012, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio. About 4,000 service members, civilians, business and civic leaders attended the two-day event. The symposium featured more than 70 seminars and highlighted education and training-related services in the military and civilian industry.
