Maj. Gen. Bastos, Brazilian air force Manpower and Personnel chief, and Gen. Stephen Lorenz, Commander, Air Education and Training Command, arrive at Randolph AFB, Texas, Aug. 18, to discuss military learning opportunities and institutions.
