Col. Curt Locke, Air Education and Training Command Communications deputy director, addresses attendees at the ribbon cutting ceremony held May 22 dedicating a new facility for the Computer Systems Squadron Consolidated Telephone Operator's call center at Port San Antonio. The squadron moved to the facility in March with upgraded equipment designed to provide telephone service for all AETC bases.
