LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Pilot for a day, Matt Guerrero, 6, takes a virtual ride in a T-6 simulator here with 1st Lt. Scott Vander Ploeg, 84th Flying Training Squadron, during his tour of Laughlin June 12. He spent his day here as part of the “Pilot for a Day” program that gives terminally ill or disabled children the opportunity to experience a day in the life of a pilot.
