BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- An Army Soldier distributes items donated by Balad personnel to Iraqi children near Balad Air Base recently. Since February 2008, the base has donated more than 15,000 items weighing more than 3,000 pounds, which were collected by 727th Expeditionary Air Control Squadron "Kingpin" personnel, for distribution to the local population.
