Master Sgt. Glass receives a shadow box from Maj. Michael Shetler, 325th Maintenance Operations Squadron commander during his retirement ceremony July 29. The box highlights awards and medals Sergeant Glass received since his Air Force career began 23 years ago when he and his twin brother attended basic and technical training together. EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, FL., -- At 3:33 p.m. Jun. 27, Col. Glenn Ferguson assumes command of the 33d Maintenance Group in the 33d Maintenance Operations Squadron Training Hangar at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Colonel Ferguson is a recent graduate from Air War College, Maxwell Air Force Base, AL.
Lt. Col. Todd Jaax, 58th Fighter Squadron commander, completes the customs declaration upon landing his F-15C Eagle at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta for Maple Flag 41 Period Two May 17. Maple Flag is a four week international air combat exercise held annually at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta. The exercise provides Canadian and allied aircrew with realistic training in a modern simulated air combat environment, and emphasizes air operations involving large package coalition forces.
