Caring for the wounded

Air Force senior leaders opened the 59th Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony June 13, 2011, at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base,Texas. The CASF mission will provide medical care and a comfortable holding area for wounded warriors while awaiting transporation to their final destiination.
