An Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century, or AFSO21, event was held for Air Education and Training Command chaplains, Jan. 13, 2015, to help establish means for improving chaplain engagement with Airmen. AFSO21 is a mindset that focuses on eliminating waste and continually improving processes at the grassroots level.
