An F-15 from the 33d Fighter Wing, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. is refueled in mid-air by a KC-135 tanker and crew from the 74th Air Refueling Squadron at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Ind., Oct. 23. Eagle Demo
Master Sgt. Peter Williams, F-15 West Coast Demo Team’s Lead Production Superintendent, videotapes Capt. Sam Joplin’s F-15 practice demonstration at Eglin AFB Fla., Sept. 15. Every practice and performance is recorded and then critiqued by the team for timing and maneuver improvements. The F-15 West Coast Demo Team is assigned to the 33d Fighter Wing and performs 33 shows per year. The F-15 West Coast Demo Team is one of six single aircraft demonstration teams assigned to Air Combat Command. The F-15 West Team originated from Holloman AFB, N.M., then moved to Tyndall AFB, Fla., and finally settled at Eglin in the early 1990's. Mig 21
Van Den Heuvel describes the capabilities of his MiG 21 to Eglin firefighters Michael Glover and A1C David Jeghers. The jet was used for 33d FW training exercises Aug. 27 and 28. During its down time, the hangar was open for anyone who wanted to see the jet.

The first F-15C Eagles took off for their new home in New Orleans, Wednesday as the 33d Fighter Wing begins the transition into the international training center for F-35 Lightening II.
