The 12th Services Division lodging operation was recently awarded the Air Education and Training Command 2009 Air Force Innkeeper Award.

The Randolph Inn team was lauded for their world-class support in flawlessly registering more than 800 general officers who attended the Air Force Blue Summit. They earned a 98 percent customer satisfaction rating for providing phenomenal world-class service 365 days a year.

The lodging team demonstrated their support for wounded warriors by transforming a housing unit into a state-of-the-art temporary unit for a blind and injured Airman.

The Randolph Inn team took the lead in inspiring a services team to sponsor a cottage of 13 children at the Boysville orphanage year-round. They provided these children with holiday gifts, ice cream on Valentine's Day, candy at Easter and even took them on a tour of the base, concluding with a bowling match.

The team will now compete at the Air Force level.
