The 2012 Air Education and Training Command Symposium and AETC Banquet will be held Jan. 12-13 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.

"This is the sixth year of the AETC Symposium and we would like to continue to grow upon previous years," said Mr. Jim Sturch, director of AETC event planning. "The symposium offers an opportunity to sharpen the current and future state of recruiting, training, education and innovation in the Air Force."

The symposium gives people a chance to network and discuss topics on the current and future capabilities and technologies of education and technical training with leaders, educators and partners within the Air Force and private industry.

More than 3,800 people attended the last year's symposium and the event featured more than 100 seminars and discussion panels.

For more information on the symposium and to register, please visit the AETC Symposium Web site at www.aetcsymposium.com.

The symposium is co-sponsored by the Alamo Chapter of the Air Force Association.
