Honorable Wright Visit
JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas – The honorable Jessica L. Wright, Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, recognizes outstanding medical staff members July 17 during a visit to the San Antonio Military Medical Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. Wright is deputy senior policy advisor to the Secretary of Defense on recruitment, career development, pay and benefits for 1.4 million active-duty military personnel, 1.3 million Guard and Reserve personnel, 680,000 Defense Department civilians.
