Members with the 33rd Fighter Wing will conduct off-site training at Savannah Air National Guard Base, Georgia and MacDill Air Force Base, Florida Feb. 2 through Mar. 8

The open airspace and optimal weather conditions at these locations allow pilots with the 60th Fighter Squadron and 58th Fighter Squadron to utilize aerial ranges within minutes after takeoff and avoid the fog delays impacting training at home station.

Residents near training locations may experience increased military activity in their area. All training occurs at designated sites and is coordinated with local authorities.
